Arrow Tool Group is seeking a motivated Global Sourcing & Purchasing Analyst to join the Supply Chain team in Saddle Brook, NJ. The role provides day-to-day support across global purchasing, supplier coordination, order management, logistics, inventory, and new product activities.

The ideal candidate has a detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• Internship or prior work in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and track purchase orders in ERP/MRP as directed.
• Coordinate supplier communications and follow-ups on orders and delivery dates.
• Maintain supplier/data accuracy in ERP; monitor open orders and follow up on confirmations.
