Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Engineer for NASC to support process design initiatives in world-class sortation and logistics systems. You will lead end-to-end process designs, collaborate with internal/external teams, and deliver cost-effective solutions for high-impact projects across multiple sites.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial/operations engineering, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in AutoCAD/VBA/SQL with 50% travel to sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
3+ years of industrial/operations/manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate efforts to develop optimal solutions and processes for the sortation and transportation network through material flow, process design, site layout, and IP considerations.
Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in short timeframes.
Manage multiple projects and tasks while influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external partners.
Effective communication skills, ability to execute the vision, detailed roadmap, and specific technical solutions.
50% travel requirement to visit sites and support projects.
