Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design initiatives for global sortation and transportation network, focusing on equipment specs, material flow, process design, and site layouts while protecting IP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver cost-effective innovations under tight deadlines.
• Oversee large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion, driving innovation and operational excellence.
• Present strategic visions, implementation roadmaps, and technical solutions to senior executives to secure project support.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage multiple concurrent projects.
