Job summary

Autoliv in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Global Solution Lead (GSL) OneStream Forecasting and xP&A to own the OneStream xP&A solution and drive forecasting accuracy across the business.

The role bridges business stakeholders and IT, leading enhancements, governance, and data quality while shaping the long-term roadmap. Strong FP&A background and hands-on EPM experience are required to enable robust planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning).
• Hands-on with driver-based and multidimensional planning models.
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools & systems management (OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning).
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred.

In this role you will be responsible for improving Autoliv’s OneStream forecasting and planning solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting standards acting as an extension of the Business Control Team.

The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system enhancements, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes. It involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.

In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.

In This Role You Will

• Worked as a Financial Controller at some point, preferably at a manufacturing company
• Experience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
• Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models
• Hands‑on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred
• Experience in finance transformation
• Proficiency in data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, allocations, assumptions)
