Job summary

Autoliv seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with production plants and Finance leaders to deliver actionable insights guiding product line strategy, budgeting, and capital decisions for the Americas Airbags line.

You’ll support month-end close, forecasting, and reporting, delivering executive packages and ensuring data integrity with IT. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, ERP experience and English proficiency are essential; Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of related experience in FP&A or finance.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS tools; financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP Systems, Essbase and OneStream.
• English language proficiency is required; Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with production plants, including plant Finance teams and department heads, to provide actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions in the Americas Airbags Product Line. This role reports directly to Airbags Product Line Finance director. The FP&A Analyst will play an integral role in evaluating operational and financial performance, outlook future results, and provide actionable insights to guide product line strategy, budgeting, and capital investment decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Assist month‑end close, forecasting, and consolidation reporting
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive management
• Manage monthly Outlook and quarterly Forecast consolidation and reporting processes
• Partner with Finance leadership and IT to ensure data integrity and strong controls
• Standardize tools and processes to improve efficiency and forecast quality
• Supporting analysis for performance improvement programs
• Communicate clear, executive‑level financial insights to Operations leaders, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Complete ad hoc analysis as required

What Is Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5 or more years of related experience
