Job summary

Hexagon Mining seeks a Global Solution Delivery Manager to govern and optimize delivery of mining solutions across regions. You will coordinate regional delivery teams with global support, product management and engineering to drive scalable deployments and continuous improvement.

The role requires 8–12+ years in solution delivery or project management within mining/industrial tech, with strong KPI governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in solution delivery, project management or operations in mining or industrial technology.
• Proven experience managing global or multi-region delivery programs and complex technical implementations.
• Experience with remote operations, autonomous systems or mining technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain global delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide oversight for global and strategic deployments across regions and services.
• Define and track delivery KPIs and performance metrics; report to senior leadership.
• Facilitate alignment between Global Support, Product Management, Engineering and Regional Teams.
• Lead delivery retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives; standardize tools and processes.
• Lead and coordinate the global delivery function and related roles; support regional teams.
