Job summary

Hexagon Mining, Inc. is seeking a Global Solution Delivery Manager to govern and optimize the delivery of mining solutions across regions. You will establish global standards, oversee deployments, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams across Support, Product, and Engineering.

The role emphasizes KPI management, scalable deployment models, and seamless collaboration among regional teams, global support, and product management to enable efficient, repeatable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in solution delivery, project management, or operations in mining or industrial tech.
• Experience leading global or multi-region delivery programs.
• Experience with complex technical implementations (software/hardware).
• Experience with remote operations or autonomous mining tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce global delivery standards, methodologies and best practices across regions.
• Oversee multi-region deployments and high-value projects, ensuring lifecycle processes are followed.
• Develop and report delivery KPIs, ensuring timely, quality deployments and customer satisfaction.
