Job summary

Hexagon Geosystems is seeking a Global Head of Technical Service to transform its worldwide service organization into a commercially focused unit that delivers customer value and recurring revenue. You will lead a global network of service hubs, partners and internal teams, setting standards, KPIs and governance to drive growth and superior service quality.

The role requires extensive international leadership experience, strong P&L acumen, and the ability to navigate complex matrix structures

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in Technical Service, After Sales, Field Service or comparable international service organization.
• Strong commercial acumen with technical understanding and experience running a business or P&L.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across executives, technical experts, customers and partners.
• Experience leading international transformation initiatives and building scalable structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Technical Service strategy across the worldwide organization.
• Transform Technical Service into a commercially driven business with profitable growth.
• Lead a global network of internal hubs, regional units and external service partners.
• Drive customer retention and recurring revenue through service offerings and contracts.
• Establish global standards, governance, KPIs and best practices for service quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain and regional leadership.
• Foster capability development, certification programs and knowledge sharing across the network.
