Job summary

Sitetracker is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering complex SaaS implementations for a global customer base. You’ll focus on developing your people, maintaining solution quality, and improving delivery efficiency while using data to anticipate risks before they affect customers or financials.

You’ll oversee onshore, offshore, and partner resources, partnering with PMs to manage schedule, budget, and scope, and you’ll shape a scalable delivery model

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to manage global delivery with onshore/offshore/partner resources.
• Strong data-driven approach to capacity, utilization, and margin.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and cloud delivery architectures.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted delivery workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Solution Delivery team across configuration, data, QA, and architecture.
• Own financial and operational health: forecast revenue, monitor utilization and gross margin.
• Establish technical quality controls and handle risk mitigation in delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and scope.
• Scale global delivery across AMER, EMEA, and APAC and integrate AI/automation where appropriate.
