Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Global Solution Consulting to lead the global team supporting Library Software Solutions for Academic and Public Library markets. You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to shape a best-in-class pre-sales strategy, drive growth, and position Clarivate as a trusted technology partner for libraries worldwide.

The role requires 12+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, 5+ years leading global

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years in enterprise software pre-sales or related customer-facing leadership roles.
5+ years leading global pre-sales teams.
Experience presenting to executive audiences and translating technical capabilities into business value.

Responsabilités

Lead the global Solution Consulting strategy and team.
Partner with Sales leadership on strategic opportunities, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and revenue growth.
Strengthen solution selling capabilities through discovery, demonstrations, and executive-level presentations.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to represent customer needs and market insights.
Develop and mentor a high-performing global team with consistent processes and enablement.
