Clarivate seeks a Senior Director, Global Solution Consulting to lead the Library Software Solutions pre-sales organization and drive global growth. You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to shape strategy and align solutions with market needs.

You’ll build and mentor a global team, advance discovery, demonstrations, and executive-level messaging while navigating a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in enterprise software pre-sales or related roles.
• 5+ years leading global pre-sales or solution consulting teams.
• Proven success in complex enterprise software sales with multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Experience presenting to executives and translating tech into business value.
• Track record of driving revenue growth via pre-sales leadership.
• Experience partnering with Sales on opportunity strategy and account planning.
• Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Solution Consulting strategy and team for Clarivate’s Library Software solutions.
• Partner with Sales on strategic opportunities, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Strengthen solution selling with improved discovery, demos, value messaging, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services on customer needs and market insights.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing global team with standardized processes and enablement.
