Job summary

You will develop strategic sourcing plans for software categories, negotiate favorable terms, and manage key supplier relationships while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to influence decisions and drive value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Procurement, Category Management, Technical Sales, Supply Chain Management, Operations or similar business experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies, lead RFx processes, negotiate terms, and manage contract lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive improvements.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities, implement process improvements, and track KPIs to show value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals and influence decisions.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and termination, ensuring compliance.
• Develop budgets, forecast spend, and analyze financial data for savings and efficiency.
