Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated competence in cross-functional leadership and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Develops and secures approval for high-level global PSS plans and budgets on a global scale.
• Leads cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of introduction plans.
• Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard, including metrics, goals, and benchmarks.
• Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs and actions.
• Develops customer segmentation strategies at a global scale, tailoring PSS experiences to segments.
• Oversees global marketing operations activities as needed, like CRM updates and collateral fulfillment.
• Assists in advanced sales training materials and partners with sales management to drive sales.
