Job summary

The Trade Desk in Irvine, CA is seeking a student to join our software engineering team as an intern. You will own and ship a meaningful project end-to-end, with mentorship from an experienced engineer, and collaborate with a globally connected team across distributed systems, data processing, ML/AI, and UI/UX.

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program and expected to graduate between Autumn 2027 and Summer 2028.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Expected to graduate Autumn 2027 to Summer 2028.
• Available to work 3 days in-person in Irvine office (Tue, Wed, Thu).

Responsibilities

• Own and ship a meaningful project end-to-end.
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from an experienced software engineer.
• Collaborate with a globally connected team of engineers and other teams.
• Work with technologies across distributed systems, petabyte-scale data processing, ML/AI, and UI/UX.
