Job summary

The Trade Desk in Denver, CO is seeking a software engineering intern who will own a meaningful project end-to-end. You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship, collaborate with engineers and teams across the globe, and work with distributed systems, petabyte-scale data processing, ML/AI, and UI/UX.

You should be fluent in modern OO languages, have a solid understanding of data structures, and be a quick learner. You’ll graduate between Autumn 2027 and Summer 2028 and work three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Expected to graduate between Autumn 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Available to work 3 days in person in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

• Work with new technologies across a wide spectrum of computer science, including: distributed systems, petabyte-scale data processing, machine learning/AI, and UI/UX.

What you’ll need

• Fluent in one or more modern object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong grasp of data structures and algorithmic techniques.
• A quick and self-directed learner with ownership over the design, plan, and implementation of what you build.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program.
• Expected to graduate between Autumn 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Availability to work 3 days in person in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
