Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an experienced Software Asset Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise software assets across a global landscape. You will drive license compliance, optimize software investments, and reduce risk with strong governance and data-driven insights.

You will partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and InfoSec to enforce enterprise-wide policies, respond to audits, and mature SAM processes using ServiceNow SAM Pro and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or Licensing Management in a global enterprise.
• Deep understanding of software licensing, vendor management, and asset governance.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, or Snow.
• Ability to translate license agreements into actionable controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of all enterprise software assets—from procurement through retirement.
• Manage license compliance for key publishers and respond to software audits.
• Maintain and mature SAM modules in ServiceNow.
• Produce executive-level dashboards and reporting to enable governance.
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to support contract negotiations, renewals, and true-ups with actionable license data.
