Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Manager, Social Media to lead our global corporate social channels, translating complex science into clear, compliant content that builds visibility and trust among patients, healthcare professionals, employees, investors, and prospective talent.

Reporting to the Director, Global Digital Communications, you will own day-to-day editorial planning, manage channels like LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Medical teams,

Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant social media experience, ideally in corporate or agency settings.
Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear content.
Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling with brand voice.
Familiarity with FDA/FTC considerations for social media in regulated settings.
Experience managing paid social campaigns and working with agencies.
Collaborative, organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
Own day-to-day management of corporate social channels and editorial calendar.
Create original content in copy, graphics, video, and short-form assets.
Partner with creative resources to produce assets on deadline.
Support executive social presence with content development and coaching.
Monitor social listening and engagement; escalate issues to leadership as needed.
Ensure content adheres to legal/regulatory review requirements and FDA/FTC guidance.
Define KPIs, report channel performance, and optimize based on insights.
