Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive communications experience in biopharma or life sciences.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite and manage complex messaging.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive an integrated corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise C-suite on messaging, issues management, and reputational risks.
• Lead executive visibility programs, town halls, and leadership engagements.
• Oversee employee communications and change management during initiatives (M&A, restructuring, digital transformation).
• Own corporate brand, voice, and external communications across global teams.
