Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic Manager, Social Media to develop and execute the company’s social media strategy across corporate channels. This hands‑on role requires translating complex science into clear, engaging content while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Director, Global Digital Communications, you will own day‑to‑day channel management, create original assets, and collaborate with Legal, Medical, HR, and Investor Relations to optimize reach and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant social media experience, ideally in‑house or agency for global orgs.
• Ability to translate complex/technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling with brand voice.
• Working knowledge of FDA/FTC considerations for social media in a regulated industry.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns with creative/agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy aligned with the corporate narrative and priorities.
• Own day‑to‑day management of corporate social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube).
• Create original content—copy, graphics, video, short‑form assets—on‑brand and audience appropriate.
• Partner with creative and agency resources to produce high‑quality assets on deadline.
• Support executive social presence, including content development and coaching for senior leaders.
• Monitor social listening, community moderation, and engagement per policy and escalation protocols.
• Ensure content meets Legal, Regulatory, and Medical review requirements and FDA/FTC guidance.
• Define KPIs and provide regular reporting; optimize content, timing, and channel mix.
• Manage paid social campaigns and budget where applicable.
