You will partner with strategy, data science, and regional marketers to grow channels, improve performance, and scale best practices using advanced tools and AI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in social analytics, marketing measurement, or digital strategy.
• Deep expertise in organic social/influencer measurement and platform analytics.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with data querying, analysis, and dashboarding.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define Airbnb's social measurement strategy, standardizing frameworks and KPIs across platforms and regions.
• Elevate reporting to strategic storytelling with cross-channel synthesis for executive audiences.
• Lead a global test-and-learn agenda with clear hypotheses and fast experiments.
• Drive insights to surface growth levers and content opportunities for creative/strategy teams.
• Apply AI to accelerate analytical depth and automate reporting workflows.
