Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Social Impact Specialist to lead our global volunteer program and philanthropic operations. You will manage CrowdStrike Cares, recruit regional volunteers, and help amplify community impact.

Ideal candidates have a nonprofit mindset, 2+ years CSR experience, and proven project and budget management skills. You will work across teams to connect employees with causes and apply AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, volunteer management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing volunteer or employee engagement programs, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.
• Proficiency with corporate giving or volunteer management platforms (YourCause or similar).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing program communications or campaigns.
• Experience with budget management and financial tracking.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly around data integrity and reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align on Social Impact priorities while cultivating meaningful connections with nonprofit partners, volunteer committee leads, and pro bono clients to drive program growth and community impact.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CrowdStrike Cares volunteer program globally, driving employee engagement across regions.
• Recruit and support 10+ regional volunteer committees with resources and guidance.
• Manage the volunteer program budget, nonprofit donations, and matching gifts payments.
• Drive marketing and communications for volunteer and matching gift programs.
• Administer the YourCause platform for matching gifts and event registrations.
• Maintain philanthropic data integrity and regular audits of giving data.
• Lead budget operations for philanthropic giving and volunteerism, including Coupa management.
• Support giving and volunteering reporting and internal/external disclosures.
• Apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency and data integrity across programs.
