Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Social Impact Specialist to lead the global volunteer program and support philanthropic operations. You will engage employees, recruit regional committees, and drive impact across communities.

The role requires experience in CSR, strong communication, and budget management, with opportunities to apply AI tools to improve processes and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2+ years in CSR, social impact, or volunteer management.
• Experience managing global volunteer programs.
• Proficiency with YourCause or similar platforms.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Budget management and financial tracking.
• Attention to data integrity and reporting.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution for the CrowdStrike Cares volunteer program, driving global employee engagement and activating volunteer events across all regions.
• Recruit and support 10+ regional volunteer committees, providing planning resources, toolkits and ongoing guidance.
• Facilitate quarterly calls with volunteer committee leads to align on priorities, share best practices and track progress.
• Capture and share program impact through event recaps, photo documentation and program summaries.
• Manage the volunteer program budget, including nonprofit donations, T-shirt microsite and matching gift program payments.
• Drive marketing and communications strategies for volunteer and matching gift programs.
• Administer the YourCause platform, supporting employees with matching gift submissions and event registrations.
• Maintain philanthropic data integrity through audits and accurate recordkeeping.
• Lead budget operations for philanthropic giving and volunteerism with AOP planning and budget tracking.
• Support giving and volunteerism reporting and disclosures.
• Apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency and data integrity across programs.
• Support CrowdStrike Pro Bono program operations, including application review and onboarding.
• Serve as a point of contact for pro bono partners.
