Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Social Impact Specialist to join our global Social Impact team in Austin. You will drive meaningful community engagement by managing our volunteer program, supporting philanthropic operations and amplifying CrowdStrike's social impact initiatives.

You’ll administer the YourCause platform, manage budgets and data integrity, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance ESG priorities and innovative programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business or related field.
• 2+ years in corporate social responsibility or social impact.
• Experience managing volunteer or employee engagement programs.
• Proficiency with YourCause or similar platforms.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; budget tracking experience.
• Highly organized with focus on data integrity and reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and nonprofit partners.
• Experience using AI tools to improve operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CrowdStrike Cares volunteer program and drive global engagement.
• Administer YourCause platform, volunteer event registrations and gifts.
• Manage program budgets, audits, and annual operating plans.
• Support CrowdStrike Pro Bono program operations and intake to delivery.
• Collaborate across locations to align Social Impact goals and campaigns.
• Develop communications that amplify community impact and program outcomes.
