Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Social Impact Specialist to drive volunteer programs, philanthropic operations and community engagement across our global teams. You will manage the CrowdStrike Cares volunteer program, support regional committees, and amplify the impact of Social Impact initiatives.

You will administer the YourCause platform, oversee budget operations, support pro bono work, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with corporate priorities while leveraging AI to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business or related.
• 2+ years in corporate social responsibility, social impact or volunteer mgmt.
• Experience managing global volunteer programs or multi-site settings.
• Proficiency with YourCause or similar platforms.
• Strong project management skills across priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Budget management & financial tracking experience.
• Highly organized with data integrity and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impact.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CrowdStrike Cares volunteer program and employee engagement.
• Recruit 10+ regional volunteer committees with resources and guidance.
• Host quarterly calls with committee leads; align priorities and track progress.
• Capture impact via event recaps, photos and summaries.
• Manage volunteer program budget, donations, and matching gifts.
• Drive marketing and communications for volunteer and matching programs.
• Administer YourCause platform and support scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity; audit giving data regularly.
• Lead philanthropic budgeting operations and tracking.
• Support giving and volunteering reporting for internal/external use.
• Apply AI tools to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Support Pro Bono program operations from intake to delivery.
• Be a primary contact for pro bono partners.
• Support campaigns; collaborate cross-functionally to align with goals.
• Develop messaging to amplify CrowdStrike’s community impact.
