Responsibilities

• Own recurring organic social media performance reporting across global channels.
• Translate metrics into insights for marketing, communications, and business stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, benchmarks, and summaries to evaluate content effectiveness.
• Support publishing workflows and governance for global social channels.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance for content approvals and governance.
• Maintain governance documentation and process improvements.
