Qualifications

• 5-8 years in IT operations or site reliability with 24x7 HA environments.
• Experience handling high severity incidents, balancing technical and business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for updates and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, networking, cloud platforms, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage major incidents; act as Incident Commander and coordinate teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise systems across platforms and vendors.
• Create runbooks, SOPs, and drive automation to improve response.
• Coordinate emergency changes and maintain business continuity during incidents.
• Analyze incident data and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead problem management, document root causes, and track known errors.
• Participate in on-call rotations and act as Duty Manager for high-severity incidents.
