Job summary

LiveRamp, a data collaboration platform leader, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in San Francisco with 5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience. The role focuses on deployments, 24/7 support across regions, and establishing SRE best practices.

Strong skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms are required. You will collaborate with global teams across CA, Paris, Nantong, Singapore, Australia and more to optimize performance, cost, and reliability of large-scale systems

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps or production engineering.
Experience in IaC using Terraform.
Experience in building CI declarative pipelines in Jenkins or CircleCI.
Experience with Kubernetes, Containers and public clouds (GCP or AWS).
Experience with deployment and monitoring of highly scalable products.
Hands-on with FinOps and autoscaling Kubernetes clusters.
Programming experience in Python or Go.
Understanding of observability principles; SRE best practices.

Responsibilities

Own and support deployments of global products.
Provide 24/7 first line engineering support for global product deployment and internal operations.
Drive resolutions of core product issues with Engineering teams.
Set up and maintain infrastructure & product reliability monitoring and alerting.
Maintain and enhance CI/CD tooling and Terraform scripts.
Create and maintain engineering operational documentation and SRE practices.
Collaborate with distributed SRE and Engineering teams.
