Job summary

Cubic Corporation seeks a Site Engagement Manager to coordinate DoD ISR program activities across domestic and international sites. The role involves coordinating customer engagement, field operations, and site activities, with frequent travel to customer locations to verify readiness and report on progress.

The role requires a DoD clearance, 5+ years in relevant federal programs, and strong communication and organizational skills to maintain customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• 5+ years supporting DoD/IC or Federal programs.
• 3+ years coordinating customer engagement, field operations, or site support.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer engagement activities across multiple domestic and international sites.
• Travel to customer locations to engage with Government users and site leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer personnel for satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits to assess operational readiness, risks, and improvements.
• Coordinate engineering activities, maintenance windows, and site support requirements.
• Serve as the communication link between FSRs, engineering, logistics, and PMO.
• Prepare trip reports and status updates for PMO and reviews.
• Support PMRs, IPTs, customer meetings, and operational planning.
