Job summary

Cubic is seeking a Digital Twin Engineering Lead to drive design, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise Digital Twin capabilities for DoD ISR mission systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape engineering standards, and ensure cybersecurity alignment across programs.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, and hands-on leadership across engineering disciplines, cyber resilience, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 8 years in enterprise systems engineering, Digital Engineering, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years as technical lead or leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Digital Twin, M&S, enterprise architecture, or complex systems engineering solutions.
• Experience with enterprise cloud environments, virtualization, networking, storage, and modern software architectures.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and sustainment of enterprise Digital Twin capabilities for DoD ISR mission systems.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team on Digital Twin architecture, modeling, simulation, and systems integration.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Twin roadmap, implementation strategy, and standards.
• Design Digital Twin environments representing infrastructure, networks, apps, and cybersecurity posture.
• Integrate telemetry, monitoring, cybersecurity, and data into Digital Twin environments.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in engineering.
• Present briefings and recommendations to Government customers and leadership.
