Qualifications

• Five years' experience as a project manager.
• Degree in Building Science or Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Active member of an evangelical church with regular attendance.
• Strong leadership across diverse and cross-cultural contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Center Prospecting: Location Research, Site Surveying, Site Selection.
• Center Staging: Project Coordinator Identification, Development, Deployment; Field Rep Coordination.
• Center Implementation: Holistic Team Member Development, Project Management, Systems Development and Implementation.
• Global Project Management: Thrift Store, HQ, and Operating Center Project Management.
• Global Property Maintenance: Site Inspection and Scoring for Thrift, Operating Center, HQ.
