Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Activation Manager II in Morrisville, NC. You will lead site activation activities, drive SSU processes, and manage regulatory submissions across US and global regions with a cross-functional team.

Candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of SAM experience, with strong GCP knowledge and excellent stakeholder management. The role offers a collaborative, global environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Site Activation Manager in clinical research.
• Experience managing site activation in the US and at least one other global region.
• Strong SSU experience, including regulatory submissions, ethics/IRB submissions, site activation, and start-up management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
• Strong understanding of GCP, trial regulations, and start-up requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
