Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager to lead start-up activities for the assigned therapeutic area. You will coordinate site identification, contract tracking, regulatory oversight and deliverables across multiple countries in compliance with GCPs and SOPs.

You will mentor teams, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with sponsors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful site activation and project progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a science-related field; clinical research experience preferred.
• Strong leadership with team coordination across sites and countries.
• Proven track record in start-up or site management within CRO/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of communication for study start-up and maintenance.
• Oversee site activation activities to meet critical path timelines and budget.
• Manage data collection, contracts tracking and regulatory status.
• Support feasibility and site identification activities as needed.
• Collaborate to advance Site Qualification and Selection processes.
• Report project status to Sponsor, GPL/CPM and team.
