DAP is seeking a Senior Director, SIOP to lead integrated demand, supply, inventory, and business planning processes. The role drives cross-functional alignment with Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Finance to optimize service levels and working capital across the supply chain.

The position requires strategic leadership, 10+ years in supply chain planning, and experience in consumer products or manufacturing. MBA preferred and SAP S/4HANA/IBP familiarity are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or SIOP.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in consumer products or manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP process, balancing demand, supply capabilities, inventory strategy, and business objectives.
• Drive service excellence, inventory optimization, and working capital improvement across the supply network.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Executives to improve performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, providing actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, and supply chain efficiency.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing planning organization with accountability and collaboration.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to inventory and supply chain operations.
