Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking a senior planning leader to own end‑to‑end SIOP, master scheduling, and materials management for a global Pilates equipment business. You will drive the monthly planning cycle, coordinate with overseas manufacturing, and align production with customer demand and forecasts to ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production planning/master scheduling and materials/purchasing control in discrete or mixed‑mode manufacturing.
• Led SIOP ownership or built a Sales & Operations Planning cycle.
• Experience owning material shortage recovery and supplier/purchase‑order escalation.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning modules, preferably Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Own the SIOP cycle: translate demand into a reliable production schedule.
• Lead master scheduling and production planning with capacity and material constraints.
• Own materials and shortage recovery with documented plans within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with overseas contract manufacturing and international logistics growth.
• Coach and develop the planning team into a repeatable discipline.
• Document scheduling logic and define KPIs for on‑time delivery and stockouts.
