Job summary

Weir Minerals is seeking a Senior Manager, Global SIOP, to advance our planning capability from regional processes to an integrated enterprise model. You will guide the Global SIOP roadmap and partner with leaders to improve decisions across regions and functions.

You will champion change, support executive reviews, and ensure forecasting, inventory, and capacity decisions align with growth and working capital goals while driving measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SIOP, IBP, or enterprise planning initiatives in global manufacturing.
• Proven record transforming planning processes and driving organizational adoption.
• Experience with advanced planning tools (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, OMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the global SIOP roadmap, driving transition to an enterprise planning model.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership with demand, supply, inventory, and capacity insights.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align around one forward-looking enterprise plan.
• Drive change leadership and adoption of planning best practices across regions.
