Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations planning, or demand/supply planning.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing global SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional planning processes across multiple regions and business units.

Responsibilities

• Balance demand, supply, inventory, and financial targets in a global context.
• Improve forecast accuracy, reduce inventory, and enhance service levels.
• Establish KPIs, governance structures, and escalation frameworks for SIOP.
