Qualifications

• Experience with domestic and international shipping, logistics, and trade compliance.
• Familiarity with HTS classifications, tariffs, and import/export documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems and carrier documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Prepare shipping records: invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, air waybills, etc.
• Track shipments and address delays, claims, and billing discrepancies.
• Support trade compliance activities and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to satisfy customer deadlines.
