Job summary

Nova Biomedical in Billerica, MA is seeking an Order Processor/Shipper to handle domestic and international orders, generate shipping documentation, and coordinate with freight carriers. You will use handheld scanners and an automated picking system to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehousing, shipping/receiving or related work.
• Strong reading/writing and verbal English communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick international and domestic orders using handheld scanners and automated picking.
• Package orders to meet customer requirements and generate bill of lading.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory put-away from shipments.
• Maintain location integrity and FIFO practices.
• Coordinate with carriers for shipment pickup and documentation.
