Job summary

Nova Biomedical seeks an experienced Warehouse Associate for our Billerica, MA facility. You will handle order picking with handheld scanners and automated systems, manage shipping documents, and coordinate with freight carriers.

The role requires accurate picking, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory integrity. Role requires 2 years warehousing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, delivery or related work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions for an 8-hour shift.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Must read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems preferred.
• High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using handheld scanners and automated picking system.
• Fill internal requisitions from R&D, reagents, QC, tech services, etc.
• Perform cycle counts and location audits.
• Maintain non-inventory packaging and shipping materials.
• Ensure proper labeling, packing and manifestation of shipments.
