Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, dispatch, or logistics coordination in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP software.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations, including Incoterms and customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch outbound shipments, including truckloads, LTL, and international freight.
• Communicate proactively with carriers, warehouses, sales teams, and customers regarding shipment status and delays.
• Utilize and maintain TMS and ERP software to track shipments and manage records.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and other issues, escalating when needed.
• Prepare and review customs documentation for international shipments.
