Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of logistics/shipping experience.
• Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and manage daily domestic and international shipping transactions.
• Ensure accurate shipping documentation and records.
• Coordinate and schedule freight forwarders for daily and weekly shipments.
• Verify Incoterms, ECCN, HTS classifications and trade compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Perform material handling up to 50 pounds.
• Support after-hours as needed.
