Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead daily shipping office activities at the Houston site. You will coordinate with planners, prepare documentation, and ensure on-time fulfillment of domestic and international orders. Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant shipping/logistics experience.
• Experience with import/export compliance and regulatory awareness.
• Proven ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping office activities and coordinate with planners.
• Prepare shipping records, documents, and paperwork for domestic and international orders.
• Review open orders and align with customer ship dates.
• Coordinate freight with carriers and optimize rates and service.
• Audit freight bills and respond to billing questions.
• Train colleagues on new procedures and regulatory requirements.
