Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with export shipping documentation and international shipments.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of expedited and hot order shipments daily.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure shipments leave the facility on time.
• Provide domestic and international freight quotes to Customer Service.
• File claims for missing or damaged shipments with carriers.
• Support Logistics Team with corrective actions from Quality.
• Assist export processes and generate export paperwork (FI, CI, SLI, Packing List).
• Verify HTS, net/gross weights, and AES filings for compliance.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and ensure documentation accompanies shipments.
