Job summary

JobSquad Solutions Team is seeking a Shipping Clerk in the Springdale, AR area. You will prepare domestic and international shipping documents, coordinate with carriers, and ensure compliance with regulations. ERP systems and HTS knowledge are advantageous for accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
2+ years in shipping, logistics, export documentation, or customer service.
Experience preparing international shipping documents and knowledge of Incoterms.
Proficiency with ERP systems, shipping software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process domestic and international shipping documentation.
Create bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, origin certificates, and export documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers on shipment procedures.
Review orders for accuracy and maintain shipping records per policy.
Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Assist with HTS codes and trade compliance data; support audits.
