Job summary

DeZURIK in Minnesota is seeking a Documentation Coordinator to support inventory, shipping and receiving with a focus on accurate documentation for domestic and international orders.

You will coordinate air, sea and truck freight, prepare waybills for all modes, and ensure compliance with U.S. export controls while collaborating across departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain smooth delivery flows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Export documentation training preferred.
• Knowledge of shop floor processes and product flow.
• Valve product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for international and domestic orders.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations.
• Coordinate customer order shipping activities of valves and parts.
• Manage outgoing international shipments from pickup to delivery with air/sea/land freight and waybills.
• Collaborate with departments to reconcile inventory issues.
• Know international shipping rules.
• Scan documents using M-Files.
• Adhere to evolving business needs.
