Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Assembler to prepare products for export and obtain materials needed for operations. You will receive, sort, and route goods while handling related paperwork and ensuring accuracy in shipping processes.

Responsibilities include documenting shipments, validating merchandise, and maintaining UPS shipments and systems. The role requires 1–3 months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and sorting incoming goods and dispersing them to the proper personnel/department.
• Administer all paperwork associated with the department, packing slips, freight tickets, factory orders, and bills of lading.
• Validating all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Prepare all outgoing shipments in accordance to shipping standards for weight and crating specifications.
• Maintain UPS shipments and on-line system.
