Job summary

Austin Powder Company seeks a Global SHES Manager - Chemicals to lead the worldwide Process Safety Management program across hazardous chemical sites. You will standardize procedures, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while protecting people, assets, communities, and the environment.

You will influence plant leaders and engineers globally, set safety standards, and oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and governance for SHES programs across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum ten years in process safety, SHES, or process engineering in chemical plants.
• Expert knowledge of OSHA PSM elements and PSI/PHA.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive global PSM program across sites handling hazardous chemicals.
• Lead PHA using HAZOP, What-If, FMEA, LOPA; drive closure of recommendations.
• Manage MOC and PSSR; develop mechanical integrity programs and KPI reporting.
