Job summary

The Global Services Department at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints seeks a Process Automation Solutions professional to design and operate automated systems that post and reconcile transactions to the Church's general ledger. This full-time role is based in Riverton, UT with hybrid work arrangements requiring weekly office presence.

You will analyze accounting data sources worldwide, develop automated processes, build dashboards, and support budgeting and financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business management is required.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience with data analysis is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel; strong SQL and data handling skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting data sources worldwide and automate postings to the general ledger.
• Develop, maintain, and document automated processes and reconciliations.
• Create dashboards and operational reports to monitor postings and issues.
• Prepare budgets and financial statements; anticipate future needs.
