You will work with IT and business teams to understand departmental needs and participate in projects to implement system enhancements.

Ideal candidates have a degree in information systems or business management and strong skills in MS Office, data analysis, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems or business management field preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of department processes and operations.
• Knowledge of business systems analysis and business management principles.
• Proven teamwork skills.
• Highly skilled in MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Capable of detailed, technical data analysis and understanding business processes.

Responsibilities

• Review department processes and proposals for process and system changes.
• Participate with development team members to ensure understanding of design requirements and validate development efforts.
• Provide support for third-party products as assigned.
• Assist field representatives, help desk, and system users.
• Document business processes and product design requirements.
• Organize and manage information from various databases from other divisions, departments and others.
