Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints seeks a Financial Systems Administrator to lead the administration, security, and continuous improvement of its financial systems, including Yardi. You will serve as SME for system functionality, user access, data integrity, and process optimization while partnering with internal stakeholders and external users.

Based in Salt Lake City, you will work in a highly collaborative environment, supporting accounting, property management, and IT teams,

Qualifications

• Membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and temple worthiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years with financial, accounting, or property management systems.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management and accounting software preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL, database structures, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: SME for property management and accounting system (Yardi).
• User Access & Security: manage access, permissions, and provisioning.
• Data Integrity: ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Training & Documentation: create procedures, training materials, and changemanagement records.
• System Improvement: identify root causes and implement enhancements.
• Governance: collaborate with finance, IT, and other teams; participate in committees.
